Signature - New Release
Our new bubbly Traminette (Indiana's Signature Grape) is fresh and full of fruit. Bubbles laced with rose petal and ripe apple tickle your nose before each sip. Try with shellfish or with fresh Indiana strawberries!

Chardonel

Silver Medal at the 2008 Indy Intl. Wine Competition
100% Indiana grown.  A dry, crisp white aged in American oak. This Chardonnay hybrid is our largest planting in the vineyard. Green apple and pear flavors and a crisp finish allow this wine to be easily paired with a variety of dishes. We like it best with herb-grilled chicken or cedar plank salmon.

2008 Estate Chardonel
100% Estate grown.  Perhaps our best wine to date.   Barrel fermented in 100% new American oak, aged sur lie for 9 months with periodic lees stirring (battonage), 100% malolactic.  The result is a wine of powerful elegance--creamy and smooth with notes of oak, vanilla, apple, and honey and a clean crisp finish.  Limited Production.

2008 Estate White  - Sold Out
78% Traminette, 22% Cayuga White, 100% Estate Grown.

Essentially a dry Traminette, our Estate White exhibits the typical Gewurz-like aromas of rose petals, cinnamon, nutmeg with fruity overtones.  A great wne with chicken or turkey, and equally at home with Asian fusion cuisine.

Seyval Blanc - New Release

Seyval is the lesser known parent of Chardonel, above.   Cool fermentation in steel tanks helped retain some wonderful fruit aromas in the wine, especially apple and pear, and maybe a hint of pineapple.  The wine is light, fruity, without oak influence, and finishes dry, but smooth.  Pair with flavorful baked chicken or with spicy Cajun or Asian cuisine.

2009 Chambourcin - New Release

Gold Medal at the 2008 Indy Intl. Wine Competition

This lighter bodied dry red exhibits berry notes and hints of black pepper, and was aged in American and French oak barrels that add a nice vanilla nuance.   Pairs best with lighter fare such as pasta with fresh tomatoes & basil.

Estate Red - Sold Out

Silver Medal at the 2009 Indy Intl. Wine Competition

100% Estate grown.  Our 2008 Chambourcin and Chancellor (both from our Estate vineyards) are blended together to produce this wonderful Burgundy-style wine with notes of cherry and cranberry layered on aromas of toast and bread dough.  Aged in 50% new French oak, the wine has subtle vanilla and a backbone of tannins not normally associated with French-hybrid varieties.  Only 46 cases produced.

Merlot - New Release

This 2009 Merlot, grown in Lodi, CA, is lighter bodied with subtle oak, nice fruit, and hints of black pepper and cedar.  Pair with pasta or rosemary crusted ribeye.

Zinfandel - Sold Out

Bronze Medal at the 2009 Indy Intl. Wine Competition

Our 2007 Zinfandel displays an intense concentration of fruit, showing why Lodi is
famous for its Zin. Loads of ripe fruit including plum, blackberry, cranberry & black cherry unite with notes of vanilla bean and nutmeg. The wine finishes with silky tannins and a hint of licorice. Pair with aged cheeses or roast pork.

2008 Syrah - Sold Out

2007 Vintage - Silver Medal at the 2009 Indy Intl. Wine Competition

The 2007 sold out quickly, so get to the winery to try the 2008 vintage soon.  This is a big, fruit laden wine that will certainly keep the chill away this Winter.  Grown in the Lodi area of California, this warm-climate Syrah is richly colored and densely packed with aromas of blackberry, violets, rose petals, and hints of cedar. Mouth-filling flavors of blackberry & plum are accompanied by vanilla and toasted oak. Ample tannins hold it all together through a lingering finish.

Marechal Foch

Gold Medal at the 2008 Indy Intl. Wine Competition

Our Foch is a lighter bodied red with abundant raspberry and cherry aromas.  We like Foch with a touch of sweetness, and it really fills the gap between our dry selections and Picnic Red.  It's been very popular at our Pizza & Wine nights (See our EVENT LIST page) and would be great with Winter-time meatloaf as well.

Traminette

Gold Medal at the 2009 Indy Intl. Wine Competition

100% Indiana Grown.  Reminiscent of its parent, Gewurztraminer, our Traminette exhibits typical floral and spice characteristics. Made in a German style with a touch of sweetness, it pairs well with spicy Middle-Eastern and Asian cuisine as well as grilled bratwurst.

Riesling

Made in a sweeter style, our 2008 Riesling has great fruit and mineral notes and lively acidity.  Try pairing with Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin with a Blue Cheese and Olive Stuffing.

Cayuga

Silver Medal at the 2008 Indy Intl. Wine Competition

100% Indiana Grown.  Light-bodied crisp white somewhat similar to Riesling. Not too sweet, but not dry either, Cayuga is a nice summer wine with grilled chicken or pizza.

PINK

PINK is a semi-sweet rose' made from Syrah grapes with wonderful strawberry, raspberry, and melon notes.  Our PINK wine features the PINK ribbon on the label and is a committment to supporting our friends and family members with breast cancer.  For each bottle sold, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to support breast cancer research and awareness.  Our goal is to raise $10,000, and we have already donated $7000!  Help us fund a cure!
