DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, April 1st\n6-8pm \nFind peace\, strength\, clarity (and an adult beverage!) with a yoga session at The Sycamore at Mallow Run! \nJoin us at 6:30pm on April 1st for a relaxing and empowering series of yoga poses and meditation. \nRegistration is $15 and includes a full 60 minute yoga class led by certified yoga instructor\, Heather McDonald (@mcdonaldheather)\, and a glass of wine of your choice! Additional glasses will be available for purchase. Class begins at 6:30pm. The bar will be open from 6-8pm. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own mats and to wear comfortable clothing. \nThe Sycamore is located west of the winery at 7070 W.
