In this hands-on class\, you’ll learn to mix\, knead\, and shape your own small-batch pasta dough from scratch\, perfect to take home and turn into future culinary masterpieces. We’ll explore classic techniques for hand-cut fettuccine\, hand-stamped ravioli\, and hand-rolled cavatelli\, plus enjoy demonstrations on pasta-making tools like KitchenAid rollers\, Italian chitarra cutters\, and more. \nYou’ll also craft ravioli filled with a delicious ricotta\, parmesan\, and spinach mixture. (Please note: this class is not gluten-free.) \nWhat’s Included: \n\n\nAll ingredients and instruction \n\n\nYour handmade pasta to cook or freeze later \n\n\nA ravioli stamp \n\n\nA dough mat \n\n\nA wooden gnocchi board \n\nA glass of wine to enjoy while you create.
