Around mid-June at The Sycamore, there is a light show at night only Mother Nature could create. The trees and vines twinkle with millions of fireflies, creating a dreamlike scene that brings peace to your heart. This off-dry white from The Sycamore Vineyard pays homage to those little marvels of illumination!

Identical to the French Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio is known for light, crisp, fruit-forward wines that are great food companions. Our Pinot Grigio was grown in Washington state, and fermented cool in a stainless tank (without oak). This dry white has wonderful pear and apple notes, with a slight citrus finish.
Limited Production
Our Reserve Chardonnay is bright, yet creamy, with incredible mouthfeel. Notes of pear and green apple are joined by hints of yeast aging and a touch of soft, round oak.
Corot Noir (core-oh n’war) is a relatively new grape variety, named after the French artist Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot. Red berry notes, toasted oak, and light tannins come together seamlessly in this elegant, Pinot Noir-esque dry red from our vineyard. Limited release.

Sweet Wildflowers attract the buzzing honeybees, and our sweeter Wildflower White wine from our Sycamore Vineyard will attract sweet wine lovers from miles away.
Our Foch is a lighter bodied red with abundant raspberry and cherry flavors. With a touch of sweetness, but still pleasing to dry wine drinkers, Foch really fills the gap between our dry selections and Picnic Red. The perfect pairing for pizza and summer BBQ.
The Sycamore Series
Nearly four acres of vines were planted to coincide with the opening of The Sycamore in 2016. This off-dry rosé, made primarily of Steuben grapes, is one of three wines produced from the recent Sycamore harvest. Enjoy with charcuterie or light summer meals off the grill.
