Summer Concerts Return to the Lawn at Mallow Run Winery

As the vibrant hues of Spring gradually yield to the sun-kissed warmth of Summer, anticipation is filling the air with the promise of lively gatherings across the community. In the heart of this seasonal transition lies the picturesque landscape of Mallow Run Winery, where nature’s symphony sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. Amidst the rolling hills and flourishing vineyards, the 2024 Picnic Concert Series emerges as a cherished tradition, inviting music enthusiasts and wine aficionados alike to indulge in an enchanting fusion of melody and taste.
Going into their 19th year of business, Mallow Run Winery is proud to partner with Ray Skillman Southside Ford Hyundai and invite the community back to the sprawling lawn for a full Summer of live music, food trucks, and wine. Among the complete series lineup lies a multitude of free concerts, 5 ticketed events, and 3 festival weekends for visitors to add to their seasonal bucket list. With a mixture of lively Saturday concert evenings and laid-back Sunday patio afternoons, the Picnic Concert Series tradition welcomes all parts of the local community to take part in what they enjoy best.
A favored part of the Mallow Run concertgoing style goes back to their brand roots: Work Hard. Picnic Often. Visitors are welcome to bring in their picnic spread and are encouraged to supply lawn chairs and picnic blankets to spread out on the grassy hills leading to the stage. Some of Indy’s best food trucks will also be lined up on the drive outside of the Tasting Room for guests to craft their perfect picnic onsite. With a delicious spread, a glass or bottle of Mallow Run wine, and a frozen Wine-A-Rita wine slushee, the picnic custom lives on alongside energetic bands, newcomers and fan favorites alike.
The 2024 Summer season kicks off this Saturday, May 25th on the lawn at Mallow Run Winery with Tastes Like Chicken taking the stage at 6pm, the event admission free of charge.
