Roll up your sleeves and learn to mix, knead, and shape your own small-batch pasta dough from scratch, perfect to take home and turn into future culinary masterpieces. We’ll explore classic techniques for hand-cut fettuccine, hand-stamped ravioli, and hand-rolled cavatelli, plus enjoy demonstrations on pasta-making tools like KitchenAid rollers, Italian chitarra cutters, and more.
You’ll also craft ravioli filled with a delicious ricotta, parmesan, and spinach mixture. (Please note: this class is not gluten-free.)
What’s Included:

Your handmade pasta to cook or freeze later
A ravioli stamp
A dough mat
A wooden gnocchi board
- A glass of wine to enjoy while you create. Additional wine and snacks available for purchase.
Bring an apron if you’d like—we’ll definitely be tossing some flour around!
