Donation Requests

Mallow Run Winery is continually striving to support a variety of non-profit organizations in Johnson County and surrounding communities.

Due to the frequency and increasing amount of donation requests received by Mallow Run, we do require a 30 days notice, prior to the event being considered.

We make every effort to support all charitable events in the community that ask for support, but we are unable to fulfill each request. Past support of an event or organization does not guarantee future support.

If Mallow Run Winery is able to support your cause, you will be notified via email. Please do not call the tasting room.

How to make donation requests

In order to streamline our process, donation requests must be made via email only (please, no phone calls, snail mail, social media messages, etc.).

In your email please provide the following information:

  • Name of your organization
  • Details about your organization
  • Contact person & email
  • Tax ID # of organization
  • Type of donation you are requesting
  • Is your organization’s service area within a 30-mile radius of our business?
  • Any promotional benefits?
