In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to mix, knead, and shape your own small-batch pasta dough from scratch, perfect to take home and turn into future culinary masterpieces. We’ll explore classic techniques for hand-cut fettuccine, hand-stamped ravioli, and hand-rolled cavatelli, plus enjoy demonstrations on pasta-making tools like KitchenAid rollers, Italian chitarra cutters, and more.
You’ll also craft ravioli filled with a delicious ricotta, parmesan, and spinach mixture. (Please note: this class is not gluten-free.)

A dough mat
A wooden gnocchi board
