The Sycamore Series
Nearly four acres of vines were planted to coincide with the opening of The Sycamore in 2016. This off-dry rosé, made primarily of Steuben grapes, is one of three wines produced from the recent Sycamore harvest. Enjoy with charcuterie or light summer meals off the grill.
Locally grown fruit with a taste of the tropics! Loads of pineapple waft from your glass with our new Brianna white wine. Brianna is a cold-hardy grape being grown in our Sycamore Vineyard, as well as by local viticulturalist, Steve Bechman, near Franklin.
Reminiscent of its parent, Gewurztraminer, our Traminette exhibits typical floral and spice characteristics. Perfect with spicy chicken enchiladas or Asian cuisine.
