Made from a blend of locally grown white grapes. The bottle’s label shows a view inspired by 19th century agriculture, commemorating Johnson County’s Bicentennial. A portion of the proceeds will go to support the Johnson County Historical Society and Museum.
Similar to its parent grape, Gewurztraminer, our Dry Traminette has spice characteristics of nutmeg and cinnamon in perfect balance with fruit and floral notes. Fresh aromas of apple, grapefruit and rose petal will make tasting this dry white absolutely delightful. Perfect with Asian or Mexican cuisine.
Limited Production
Our Reserve Chardonnay is bright, yet creamy, with incredible mouthfeel. Notes of pear and green apple are joined by hints of yeast aging and a touch of soft, round oak.
Identical to the French Pinot Gris, Pinot Grigio is known for light, crisp, fruit-forward wines that are great food companions. Our Pinot Grigio was grown in Washington state, and fermented cool in a stainless tank (without oak). This dry white has wonderful pear and apple notes, with a slight citrus finish.
The Sycamore Series
In early June at The Sycamore, there is a light show at night only Mother Nature could create. The trees and vines twinkle with millions of fireflies, creating a dreamlike scene that brings peace to your heart. Our 2023 semi-sweet white from The Sycamore Vineyard pays homage to those little marvels of illumination!
Our Dry Rosé is made from Syrah grapes. Rich, with a beautiful pink hue and notes of ripe strawberry, red raspberries, and cranberry, it’s perfect to sip on the porch, or paired with whatever you’re grilling tonight!
We reserve part of our Corot Noir harvest each year for making a vibrant rosé. Notes of strawberry and citrusy-melon create a refreshing Summer sipper.
Corot Noir (core-oh n’war) is a relatively new grape variety, named after the French artist Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot. Dark fruit notes, toasted oak, and light yet chewy tannins come together seamlessly in this elegant, Pinot Noir-esque dry red from our vineyard. Limited release.
With aromas of violet and spice, this bold, full-bodied, jammy red Zin will delight your palate with notes of plum, dark fruits like currant and black cherry, and a hint of cedar and black pepper. Discover this wine’s complexity, balanced with a slight bit of sweetness and smooth-as-silk tannins.
